“Well, I think, the relations between, Taiwan and the United States, in the last few years, there's description from both sides. The description is rock solid. And it's a very appropriate description to relay the fact that the state of affairs between the U.S. and Taiwan, in all fields, be it economic, be it, you know, security, be a cultural, etc., and, and I think under, our new president's administration in May 20th of this year, the US policy towards Taiwan will continue to be the same, to continue strengthening, our existing relations and also based on common values of freedom, democracy. That policy will not change.”

The first stage is signed by President Biden. And we're in the second stage of the dialogue, or for the 21st century trade initiative. And the United States has given us a lot of support and assist in assistance on, improving our self-defense capabilities. And so I think this will continue on, under the new administration.”
