Many people only ask about a coworking space's occupancy to measure its success, when they should also be asking about the discounts that have been applied to hit that occupancy percentage. Whilst it is important to discount offices and desks to fill the space during the initial 12 months of a coworking business launch, you can't discount them forever. Otherwise you will have a much weaker cashflow than originally forecasted.
