Opening remarks:
Jai: Goal for Quarter Period vs multiple projects; voting committee?
Roy: raise hands, ideas on the table, crunch numbers and timelines a better idea of what we are dealing with
Julia: reading all the minutes, group is removed far from it’s intent, subcommittee of road committee, parliamentary rules, roberts rules or not by vote? Want a hui. Not so formalized, ohana.
Stewart: Enjoyed this past Saturday, cleaned up neighborhood, picked up trash on Gardenia.

I. Financial Review & Progress Update
Benjamin’s update on requesting a financial review: talk to Joe (Treasurer) for appointment regarding 2021-present records when he has the documents prepared.
Expense reports of debts paid, paiving; looked at all the 990s, lots with extensions (struggling with communication, new people in and out)
Austin: just 2021? 
Benjamin: Yes, it’s a lot, one year at a time. 2022 is when Maria started after the theft by previous office manager.
George: People who have lost property from road fees, we need to be careful, road fees should be paid; funding for paving not where it was last year
Benjamin: we had roll over, strong money, $230k for roads, newsletter and bills are delayed this year; for a lien, you have to be served as delinquent by professional, its not a surprise, it’s likely land taxes
Jai: lose your land on taxes, not a good thing, but does happen; bad budgeting and structure; if you don’t pay road fees, roads don’t get paved, hot roding on the road on my street, pole 1 and 9 on Hibscus, every day
George: Speeders, speed humps on Plumeria 
Austin: Destruction of property charge
Benjamin: Oct/Nov/Dec – $425k in Jan; 3 months at $316k; paying up on roads
Ben Vallejo: Roy and Rick and I all on the board and voted for 2021 to be checked (Seth, Diana Joiner - Ui/Ua was taking money for sure); asked for more money to pave the road, kicked out from board, transparency in (Treasureer, VP, Secretary); war began when I went after Patty Goodwins’ wife; sue if you have to in 2021, year before Roy and Maria started cleaning house; clear the board; Christi and Brian Feilds are predators, took over property.
Julia: what to know what happened in 2021, Audit meeting? Nothing has happened. Claudia and Patti are sisters, is that allowed? 
Austin: if not publicly known and disclosed
Benjamin: it was on the 9090
Supporting the posting of finances online for easier community viewing and preventing future miscommunications. Laila has reached out to Claudia again to provide website support and updates. – Claudia has access to the site again and has been uploading notes.
Official letter to board went unanswered via email. Continue to ask for a clear record and professional audit at the next board meeting. 
Austin: accounting errors with the money, they did not clarify errors or transactions. Ask a follow up email and question, required to respond to us. Forward letter to authorities if necessary. 15 days, been 18 days, send notice of Bylaw violation and ask for them to confer. Send email with letter draft.
II. Communications & Social Media
Review of roles + officially add Julia to the commitee. 
Motion to include Austin, Benjamin, and Laila as Admins again on the Resident Facebook Group to ensure consistent community moderation.
George: why do you need access? I own the group.
Jai: What are the people saying? 
Ben: I don’t want to have it; Privacy, safe? Why do you want Maria and Roy out of the office? 
Benjamin: just asking for financial transparency
Austin: I don’t know what is going on with the finances 
Ben: perspective and narrative that money is being theft

UNFINISHED:
Brief update on internal verification to ensure group voting reflects actual residents.
III. Road Maintenance & Safety
Brief update on priorities and March/April paving targets.
Discussion on selling inactive tractors/trucks to fund a new warranted tractor.
Reminder on reporting reckless driving and the use of safety speed bumps for our road crew.
IV. Community Projects & New Business
Organizing the next community cleanup (Gardenia/Puhala focus) following the Neighborhood Watch cancellation.
Three community items (George – 10 minutes total).
Reminders for the Tire Drop Off (ongoing), Appliance Drive (March 9-14) and car removal ($100 - ongoing).
