8 Phone Control
6 Network Lock
3 Perso SHA256 OFF
after choosing this option, wait about 30 seconds, then go back one step by
pressing the Menu button then select Back,
now you are in
6 Network Lock
4 NW Lock NV Data INITIALLIZ .....
wait for a minute then reboot your phone... enjoy!!!
Youtube user Harsh patil reported this hack worked on his SIII model # SGH-l747
I have not tested it with the SIII but I have heard multiple reports of successful unlocking using this method.
Update 12/16/12 Since using this SIM unlock hack on my AT&T Note II I have flashed a custom recovery and ROM and can confirm this hack will survive both ..::BT::..
