Naples real estate continues to be active with the number of new properties coming to market for sale, the number of closed sales, and the number of properties going under contract returning to almost 2019 levels. But it is the overall inventory of homes for sale that is still way off.

And even with builders trying to offset that with new homes in and around Naples going up, they, too, are having trouble keeping up.
