Being British, I personally loved being able to release the Union Jack on the top of that pillar in this level. Another thing I like about it is the music. More importantly, I freed all the puppies in this level yet again! Here are the timecodes:
2:38 - Jump over onto the larger ledge to get to the crate
4:07 - Next to one of the statues you need to turn
7:54 - Complete the shape puzzle to get a flight of steps to appear that lead you up to the third puppy
10:16 - The fourth puppy is in the middle of the area with the Mini Cooper
10:59 - The fifth puppy is on a ledge above the street with the Mini Cooper going around it
11:19 - Destroy the clown guarding the manhole at the end of the level and follow the hole to find the last puppy
