Описание: This was my third time climbing Avalanche Peak. Did I enjoy it? Absolutely yes! It's a steep bush walk/climb to start with. You need to grab rocks and trees to climb. The second half you'll be exposed to the sun and wind, walking along the ridge and finally climb the rocks to the top. We were lucky to see a cheeky native bird Kea.
