2022 saw the start of Phase 2 development of Watersong Resort by Park Square Homes (PSH), a short term rental community (STR), in Davenport, Orlando, Florida This video shows the Phase 2 build in March 2023. Phase 1 consisted of 210 Villas (209 built) that have a lake or conservation view. Phase 2 will extend the number of villas to 273.
Watersong is a mixed community with approximately 20% full-time residents.
