Job Description

Environment monitoring of classified areas of production or microbiology laboratory, observations of Environment monitoring plates and feed data in Trend analysis.
Growth promotion of inhouse and ready to use media.
Identification of microorganisms by available method.
Bacterial endotoxin test of in-process samples.
Swab analysis of surface monitoring.
Disinfectant efficacy test as per SOP and related reporting.
To record the raw data of analysis in respective protocols and reports before submission for verification to Superior / Head of Department.
To perform and maintain calibration records, media preparation, growth promotion test records and other related documents of microbiology section.
To maintain and handle the microbial cultures as per SOP.
To maintain the workplace neat and tidy and follow GLP requirements religiously.
To follow the SOPs related to Quality control activities and operations.
