On November 30, 2025, I received the National AIDS Memorial Lifetime of Commitment Award at their annual Light in the Grove event that takes place in the National AIDS Memorial Grove in Golden Gate Park in San Francisco. The video starts with a recorded introduction by civil rights icon Cleve Jones. Mike Richey, Chair of the National AIDS Memorial, then introduces me. Then I deliver a short acceptance speech.
