Putting the final touches on these 2 US Airborne soldiers - basing! I decided to do things a bit different than usual and just go without the mud that I usually use and wanted to just get a flatter and more rocky appearance I guess. Everything else is pretty much the same and it really didn't change much but they look cool to me, so I am happy.

Things are probably going to be a bit slow here until summer is over. I cant sit and paint in a 90 degree apartment and if I turn the fan on it causes other problems. I will keep doing some painting but I am hoping in winter things will really pick up some speed. I do not like summer haha. I cant wait for fall!

Reminder, I am not a teacher or an expert....obviously! HAHA... I have only been painting a little over a year and am constantly learning and sharing my ups and downs with you. I do not wargame either, at least not YET. I just like to paint. I don't always follow exact historical colors etc either. I like to paint what looks neat to me.
