In the GYROKINESIS® Rejuvenation Course, Juliu Horvath, the creator of the GYROKINESIS® Method, shares some of the tools and techniques with which he has learned to bring rejuvenation into his own life.
Recognizing this tendency in himself and in other trainers to take care of the needs of others while neglecting one's own, Juliu developed the Rejuvenation Course as a way to address this imbalance.
Unlike a Gyrokinesis educational course, students at the Gyrokinesis Rejuvenation Course are not asked to memorize exercise sequences or expand on teaching techniques. Rather, the Rejuvenation Course is meant to be “experienced” by the students. The sole job of the student is to relax, reflect, and recharge.
The course in this video was conducted in Ubud, Bali, October-November 2014.
