Penguin trying to keep up with life. Powerful stuff.

I came to know this video as a low quality Youtube upload and tried to dig up better sources. The best one ended up to be on the creators' websites, as is often the case. Nevertheless, video had a lot of jagged lines throughout and was a bit noisy. Now that i harnessed the power of AI (not really) with the last 4k upload, i threw the programs i had onto this clip and prepared for miracles. As with my previous video, miracles didn't happened. ChaiNNer armed with model 2x_AnimeClassics_UltraLite_510K created a nice clean video with some alteration to contrast and colors, Topaz did it's usual 4k shindig and produced good clean video with many small details smudged. The result is... watchable. The thing to do here would have been to try multiple different models, pick the best parts, cut and blend everything together. Very time-consuming process with my hardware, being disorganized doesn't help either. I bailed. Please enjoy!

Oh, and a note on audio. While looking for sources i found out that there's three versions of this song - Ветер (Russian), Rudens (Latvian) and Lonely Feeling (English). Two had this music video, while Rudens had a non-animated one. The video i got as a source had a good quality English track, so that one i kept, but decided to sync clean audio to the other two versions. Problem was it had sound effects - radio filter, knob turning and camera flash. Spent ungogly amount of time in Audacity and in the end got the radio filter as close to original as i could. Sound effects came from the English version and from random googling of "Camera flash SFX". In the end it turned out great! Without comparing you can't tell the difference (probably). Now enjoy.
