Created for emergency response, tactical use, and everyday carry, the 3.5 inch drop-point, plain-edge blade is made of AUS-8 steel, a metal known for excellent edge retention even after extended use. Use this knife for cutting and slicing through a wide variety of materials. The attractive 5 and one-quarter inch black handle has an index-finger choil and is textured for comfort.
To deploy the knife, turn off the safety by pressing it down and exposing the red dot. Press up on the blade actuator button located on the spine of the handle. Use that same button as a control point for your thumb when handling the knife. To close the knife, depress the release button and slide the blade actuator down. Lock the safety by sliding it up and the blade is now secure inside the handle. A glass breaker is located at the base of the handle for emergency and rescue situations. Additionally, the knife includes a stream-lined pocket clip that allows for inconspicuous, deep-pocket carry.
