Built in 1652, the White Horse Tavern in Newport, Rhode Island has seen many people pass through its doors, and some never left.
This haunted destination has seen plenty of dark history over the years, with outbreaks of disease and even had a pirate own it for a while. But who haunts here?
There are many ghost stories attached to the White Horse Tavern, from an elderly man seeking help to move on, to a spirit who many believe is a past owner of the tavern who stills looks over the staff making things are done properly.
