So the most important thing for overweight is to change our eating habits! First of all, we should chew the food well. We have to drink the food! We have to take it in absolutely liquid form. Then the food should go inside. When that food gets mixed in our saliva, then it gets digested properly too! And before the main course, eat as much fiber as you can! This makes it easier to digest the food!
