Welcome back to Train Like an Athlete.
Here not just to look good, but to build real athletic skills.
In this episode, I focus on two skills that test strength in completely different ways. I start with the Planche, working on body tension, lean control and tiny improvements that make a big difference over time. Then I jump into the Swing 360, refining my rotation, timing and overall smoothness on the bar.
And like an athlete, I wrap the session with Biceps Day. Strong biceps support pulling strength, stability on the bar and overall upper-body control — all of which directly help with skills like the 360.
As always, you’ll see how I balance all this while managing my brand Koozies. I’m not a full-time athlete — and that’s what this series is all about. If I can train around work and still keep progressing, you can too.
