The week flew by and here we are once again with International Sandwich Sunday. Woot! Today, were headed to Taiwan for the Taiwanese Breakfast Sandwich. This sandwich uses Shokupan or Japanese milk bread. Sweet, fluffy, and just a but chewy…it is so good. Matching that with Kewpie mayonnaise, ham, egg, and cucumbers is pretty dang good start. I can’t help but plus it up though. I'm following a recipe from @tiffyycooks today.
