Описание: Paddled in roughly 16 km on Garner River leading into Garner Lake to find a secluded beach (technically in Ontario). I was hoping to gain access to Woodland Caribou Provincial Park from this route as there was a portage marked on my map. I got to the end of Garner lake only to see what remained of the forested section. Everything was burnt out for miles and I could not make out a trail to keep going. Decided to take it easy and relax on a beach for a couple nights instead. This trip was a welcomed change from a summer of portaging and moving around.
