Data Architecture Objective
Describe the data going into or coming out of a Unit of Portability (UoP), in the context of the entities of concern to the UoP, to enable an integrator to combine UoPs to provide a larger capability.
Define common terminology so when we describe communicated data, we know what we are talking about
Data model mechanisms are intended to be domain independent
