Honey harvest is a wrap!! Time to clean up equipment and rearrange the honey house so that we are back in the weekly operating mode, i.e., bottling, storing, etc. It has been a great season for honey for me, and it was a great experience using my new UltraMax extractor from HillCo. Here's what I found with the disassembly and cleaning.
