✅ INGREDIENTS (8 or less)
1. 3 lbs chicken breast tenderloins, raw
2. 2 cups plain non-fat Greek yogurt
3. 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
4. 2 large eggs
5. 1 packet dry ranch seasoning
6. 3 cups fresh spinach, chopped
7. 1 bell pepper, diced
8. ½ onion, diced

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Prep chicken:
Cut chicken tenderloins into bite-size pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
3. Make creamy protein sauce:
In a separate bowl mix:
• Greek yogurt
• Eggs
• Ranch seasoning packet
• 1 cup of the shredded cheddar
4. Add veggies:
Stir spinach, bell pepper, and onion into the chicken.
5. Combine:
Pour the creamy ranch mixture over the chicken and vegetables. Mix well until everything is coated.
6. Portion into dishes:
Divide mixture evenly into 5 oven-safe containers.
7. Top with cheese:
Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup cheddar evenly over the tops.
8. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until:
• Chicken is fully cooked
• Centers are set
• Cheese is melted and lightly golden
9. Let rest 5 minutes before eating.
