The reason I say almost unbearable is because we have to bear it. the alternative is not a choice we can make. we must go through this. I want you to envision a candle flame and this candle flame represents love for self. this flame might feel small flickering or like it's about to go out. we must allow ourselves to feel the pain to examine it to feel it fully. at the same time going back to the candle, the flame that represents love for self. Even though we feel abandoned or have been abandoned or have had a love removed from us, we do not have to abandon self. it will be helpful to not take it a day at a time right now, but to just take it 20 minutes at a time. 20 minute blocks of getting through this pain. in that 20 minutes, you might find that you will be served to put on high vibrational music and meditate. in that 20 minute block you might have to take your child to school or do the dishes. just focusing on 20 minutes at a time. will make it more bearable. do your best to remove as much of the story about what is happening as possible, especially the story you're telling about your future and what this means for your future. continuously bring your focus back to the candle which is self-love. it is helpful if you can actually look at a candle or a fire or even type on YouTube fireplace and actually look at a flame. whatever you focus on, grows so by focusing on this flame this vision of the flame and what it represents which is self-love. you are focusing on love and you will cause love to grow in your heart. you really need you right now.
