Описание: We are doing Duck Stock today. It is a darker and richer stock that is made very much like Chicken Stock with a few variances. This stock can be used in many different recipes and has a great deep flavor profile that is distinctive in many ways. You can always add the tomato paste to the top of the carcass as you cook it off instead of adding it half way as I did in the video.
