We’re pole sanding all walls to knock down texture, patching drywall issues like corner bead cracks, and replacing painted-over outlet covers with brand-new unbreakables.
🎯 Paint Plan:
New color: Shiitake in main rooms
Natural Linen in secondary areas
We’re expecting 2 coats—3 if needed in high-contrast areas.
