That’s why I’m so excited to share this interview with Stacey Delo.

Stacey Delo is the CEO of Apres, an incredible career resource for mothers returning to work. They help women find flexible, full-time and incredible return-to-work opportunities after having children (no matter how long your career break).

In this interview she shares how she negotiated a part time job at the Wall Street Journal after maternity leave, even though most women in the organisation were asked to work full time after maternity leave.

She also reveals how to be valued by your team whilst you’re on maternity leave, how to negotiate your ideal arrangement with your employer and how to find a company that’ll give you the flexible hours you desire if you want to work for a new company.
