Danladi Nmadu has received multiple awards from the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) and the Nigerian Medical Association (NMA), including a Commendation Award for his exemplary service during the COVID-19 pandemic as the very first volunteer, and the prestigious Platinum Award for his exceptional leadership in promoting blood donation within the institution.
Dr. Danladi Abraham Nmadu is a distinguished medical doctor and Consultant Nephrologist, currently serving as the Head of Dialysis and Nephrology at the Federal Medical Centre Ebute-Metta. A proud alumnus of King's College Lagos, and a Fellow of the West African College of Physicians, he has gained rich clinical experience across Nigeria, Ghana, and the United Kingdom.
He serves as a visiting consultant to Lagoon Hospitals Hospital and Evercare Hospital Lekki, and volunteers with Health Facility Monitoring and Accreditation Agency, HEFAMAA, helping to maintain healthcare safety standards across Lagos State. 'Dr. L' is deeply involved in research and in the training of young doctors. He is also part of a groundbreaking global clinical trial aimed at revolutionizing kidney care in Africa.
Beyond medicine, he enjoys chess, football, and has a unique interest in petroleum engineering.
