How To Make Envelopes from Scratch: 3 Ways (Template, Formula and Envelope Punch Board)

Formula: Size of your paper / 3 = Scoreline A
Scoreline A x 1.32 = Scoreline B

For example:
6 by 6 inch
Scoreline A: size of paper = 6 inches / 3 = 2
2 x 1.32 = 2.64 = Scoreline B
2.64 is closest to 2 5/8 inch, so that’ll be Scoreline B

Example #2:
23 cm by 23 cm
Scoreline A: 23 / 3 = 7.66 cm
7.66 x 1.32 = 10.12 cm = Scoreline B
