An afternoon / sunset flying session in our 1957 DHC-2 DeHavilland Beaver.
This Beaver is currently on wheels, but was previously fitted with amphibious floats! The DHC2 is powered by the Pratt and Whitney R985 radial engine, producing 450 horsepower at takeoff.
Aside from a normal start up and takeoff, we also look at a one wheeled touch and go in this video!
Much like a wheel landing, although with only touch one wheel during the landing and takeoff!
