Let's try to produce a flash of light as in a thunderstorm; we need a Wimshurst machine. And we can use it to discover how a lightning rod works, how a capacitor accumulates energy, what happens when an insulator is placed on the lightning way. The video is in Italian.
Proviamo a creare un fulmine, usando la macchina di Wimshurst. Scopriamo come funziona un parafulmine, come si carica un condensatore, cosa succede se sul percorso del fulmine ci mettiamo un isolante. E infine proviamo che noi siamo dei conduttori!
