Last night Eaglet #2 finally hatched and this morning a lovely little fluffy bobblehead. For Eaglet #2 size means nothing as Mom tries to feed and it takes quite a few swings at it older sibling. For now the Eaglet #1 ignores its sibling.

Hello and Welcome to Winter Park Eagle cam! 2 eggs were laid here one on Dec 4th and one on Dec 7th. The eagles do not have names yet, but will be coming soon. This is a new cam and still working on it!
This pair of bald eagles do not have names yet — stay tuned as their story continues to unfold. Notably, the female bald eagle is blind in one eye, yet she continues to successfully hunt and thrive, showcasing the incredible resilience and adaptability of this iconic raptor species.
The Winter Park eagle nest has an impressive history, having survived multiple hurricanes, and remains an important nesting site year after year. More detailed nest history and eagle updates will be shared as the season progresses.
