Cars 2: I cannot provide the Cars 2 PS3 game. You must legally dump your own copy of the game to use with RPCS3

Right-click the compressed file (rspc3 file) → In the menu, hover over 7-Zip → Extract Here → Extracts files into the current folder

Why not Steam Version?:

The PC Steam version of Cars 2 is unfortunately a broken port with numerous issues. It has rendering problems, missing effects like machine gun bullets and turbo boost flames, and several arenas and scenes are incomplete or glitched — the airport arena and Italy track don’t even render properly. Hunter mode is missing the Professor Z boss fight, and Attack Mode spawns the wrong enemies, often appearing as single-colored blocks with missing outlines. The game also suffers from a horrible audio loop bug that can crash it, lacks full 4-player support (only 2 players), and even includes Xbox 360 screenshots. Essentially, the Steam version is a port of the Wii version, which itself was a port of the Xbox 360 version — misleading and clearly a quick cash grab. Free Play mode is limited to 3 laps per race or battle race, whereas the PS3/Xbox versions allow up to 10 laps, and many track hazards are completely missing. Overall, the PC port fails to deliver the proper Cars 2 experience.
