Chinese pepper chicken
Ingredients for the sauce
Water 1 cup
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Hoisin sauce 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Ingredients for veg fried rice:
Oil 2 tbsp
Carrot chopped 1 cup
Capsicum chopped 1 cup
Boiled rice 2 cups
Green onion chopped 1/2 cup
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ingredients for Chinese pepper chicken:
Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic chopped 1 tsp
Ginger chopped 1 tsp
Red bell pepper julienne 1 cup
Capsicum 1 cup
K&N’s Chicken Tempura 660g
Directions for sauce:
1- In a bowl, add water, corn flour, red chili flakes, soya sauce, black pepper powder, hoisin sauce, salt, sugar, and mix well.
Directions for veg fried rice:
1- In a pan, add oil, carrot, capsicum, and cook for a minute.
2- Now add boiled rice , green onions, salt, pepper and mix well.
Directions for Chinese pepper chicken:
1- In a pan, add oil, ginger, and garlic cook for a minute.
2- Now add red bell pepper, capsicum, and cook for a minute.
3- Now add the prepared sauce to it and cook for 2-3 minutes
4- Fry K&N’s Chicken Tempura as per instructions on the pack and mix in the prepared gravy, cook for another minute.
Prep time: 15 mins
Cooking time: 15 mins
Serving: 2-3
