There are many benefits which can be utilized through Tamilnadu Labour Welfare Fund/Board, But most of us have not taken efforts to claim it.



Though the eligibility apply only to people who are earning less than Rupees.25000, At-least we can inform our housekeeping employees, security guards, and other contract employees about the benefits.

Definitely there could be someone who will be benefitted much from LWF.


In this video we are just sharing a crisp details about key 14 benefits of Tamilnadu LWF.


Other states LWF also has more benefits, which we HR's need to study and understand and inform to our employees.
If we do the compliance correctly, many will get benefitted.



Still many many more hidden concepts are to be explored related to UnPaid Accumulations, Exceptions to supervisor and above category..etc.
