In this video I briefly outline the 8 levels of right-concentration on the Buddhist path to Enlightenment: the Jhānas (Dhyānas).
Four of them are based on a sense of the body and the higher 4 are formless attainments.
Last I describe the mysterious 9th level which is synonymous with Awakening, called "the cessation of feeling and perception".
