Championing women in STEM, water and wastewater operator Daniella shares her experience as part of Peel’s first ever women’s tapping team.
From not knowing what a watermain was to now competing in a water tapping competition with fellow female operators, Daniella is proud to be an example of the opportunities available to women in trades.
“Especially to women or any young girls looking to get into the field and their unsure... It doesn’t hurt to inquire. There’s people like me that love it and there’s other ladies here can say the same.”
