5. Client User - Issue resolution

Описание: ‪@assureai‬ is a cloud-based Audit Automation Tool for practising chartered accountants. This tool includes a Client User Interface using which the auditor can communicate with the clients through the AssureAI tool.

This video talks about how clients can resolve queries raised by their auditor through the ‪@assureai‬ client interface.

To resolve issues, select the Issues option from the left page.
The section My Issues shows the no.of currently open, resolved, pending or closed issues.
