This beginner variation of the Stability Ball Plank is great for teaching anti-extension of the ribcage and pelvis.
Be sure to maintain a neutral spine or a slight pelvic tuck throughout this exercise. Push your hips and torso forward, keeping them both aligned over each other. You can hold this exercise for a set duration, or slightly nudge the ball forward and back.
