🇻🇳 Vietnam's Best-Kept Secret: Central Highlands. Coffee & Volcanoes

In February 2025, we travelled across Vietnam from Hanoi to Saigon, covering more than 2,000 kilometres. In the third episode of the series, we rode our humble Honda Blade motorbike from the city of Quy Nhon to Vietnam’s Central Highlands – a region renowned for its coffee plantations, stunning landscapes, and numerous indigenous communities. Along the way, we witness sugarcane harvest, experience the historic battle site of Mang Yang pass and breathe in the fragrant scent of coffee flowers.

This episode also features a visit to a local coffee plantation, an introduction to Vietnamese Robusta coffee and a climb to one of the local volcanic formations – the Chu Dang Ya volcano. We also discover the small H’Bau Old Church, which sits at the foothills of the volcano, and learn about the beauty and the history of this unique, yet rarely visited, corner of Vietnam.
