What is a Support Coordinator?
A Support Coordinator helps you navigate the NDIS, connect with service providers, and make sure you’re getting the most out of your NDIS funding. Think of them as your guide—someone who helps you understand your plan and build your independence.

But did you know? Not everyone automatically gets a Support Coordinator. Your plan needs to include Support Coordination funding, which depends on your level of need.

The Three Levels of Support Coordination
1️⃣ Support Connection – Short-term help to connect you with providers so you can manage your own supports.
2️⃣ Support Coordination – Ongoing support to help you understand your plan, find the right providers, and develop the skills to manage your supports.
3️⃣ Specialist Support Coordination – For those with complex needs, requiring a highly trained professional like an OT or psychologist to manage high-level support needs.
