Hyrox Glasgow, Scotland's first ever event, and it was fricken Epic. A brutal drive up and spectacular event and a brutal drive home. Worth it? You're damn right it was. I walked away with a 90 second PB though it didnt feel like it at the time. I left it out there, many improvements left to be found. I did this just 2 weeks after doing the double effort at Manchester and training was light in between. Not sure I was 100% going into it but gave it my all regardless.
