Sri M continues with the previous session by explaining the theory and benefits of three more pranayama techniques: Bhastrika, Kapalabhati, and Bhairav Pranayam, as well as demonstrating them. He then goes on to explain the following two angas (limbs) of Ashtanga Yoga, Prathyahara and Dharana, in depth. Sri M answers a few questions at the end of the session.
