Hi, I’m Kristína. I’ve completed 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training, 100 hours of Yin Yoga Training, 100 hours of Meditation Teacher Training, and Yoga Psychology Level 1. But beyond the trainings, yoga has been part of my life for over five years, helping me through challenges, calming stress, and bringing balans whenever I step onto the mat. My love and respect for yoga are why I’m here, to share its benefits with you and create a space where we can practice and grow together.
