Monitor Technology - GSync Enabled
Max Frame Rate -138 (My monitor is 144 HZ monitor and reduced to 138 which divides by 6 nicely to a quotient of 23)

Nvidia App (Quantum Break Settings)
Low Latency Mode - On
Game Optimization - Nvidia Recommended - 1 (All settings are set to ultra by Nvidia app except volumetric lighting which is set to High when we select 1 level before recommended for 4090)

Vertical Sync - Smooth AFR Behavior - On

Gameplay Recording Settings
Format - AV1
Mbps - 120

VFR to CFR conversion done using ffmpeg with av1_nvenc encoder (I used my own tool to quickly convert from Variable Frame Rate to Constant Frame Rate, https://github.com/sankaranramantn/my...)


Editing of Video done on Shotcut Video editor and exported to AV1
Audio was remastered to optimized levels using Final Cut Pro on Mac
