LEJOG: Day 4 - Wilderhope Manor to Wigan

Описание: Day 4 highlights of my cycling tour from Land’s End to John O’ Groats (LEJOG), organised by the Richmond Park Rouleurs.
The wettest day of our whole tour, we rode through 100 miles of mostly flat terrain from Wilderhope Manor to Wigan under persistent rain, passing through Shropshire and Cheshire along the way. Highlights includes the warm brew served by the very friendly staff at Pitstop, Tern Hill, who gave us the much needed cheers for riding in miserable rain for hours. The Courtyard Coffee house/Penny Farthing Museum at Knutsford is also one-of-a-kind and serves great coffee and cakes.
PS: it's great to meet and rode along fellow LEJOG rider Ben, who did the whole tour solo and unsupported!
