INSIDE DRACULA'S CASTLE in Transylvania, Romania 🇷🇴This is Bran Castle.

Описание: This week we take a day trip from Brașov, Romania to visit a couple of different popular attractions in Transylvania! Doing a day trip from Brașov is a must do while visiting Transylvania.

We start things off at the most popular castle in Romania, Bran Castle, otherwise known as Dracula’s Castle. The connection to Dracula is debatable. Some people claim that Bram Stoker designed Dracula’s Castle in his book after seeing a picture of Bran Castle. Other people claim that Vlad Tepes (Vlad the Impaler, or Vlad Dracula) was the person that Stoker modelled Dracula after - and he may or may not have spent some time at Bran Castle. While here we tour the inside and outside of the castle.

Next up we head to a nearby fortress on a hill called Râşnov Citadel or Râşnov Fortress, which is basically a fully walled fortress. It sits high on a hill so that it overlooks valleys and passages and played a big roll in the history of defence in this area. We explored the fortress and admired the amazing view.
