Flavorful Italian Focaccia Bread | Jazz Kitchen

Описание: I personally tasted Focaccia Bread when I was in High School in one of the famous restaurants in Bacolod City. They put Rosemary and Parmesan cheese as a topping. Little did I know that you can also put anything you like on top (i.e. cherry tomatoes, olives, fresh basil leaves, rosemary, etc.) Now that we are under lockdown, I had the chance to make it my own, like this I put onions. I wanted to share this recipe to you because this is a typical aperetivo or appetizer in Italy. Before they eat the main course, they usually have this. I hope you enjoy baking the focaccia.
