National Land Commission (NLC) CEO, Kabale Tache Arero, appeared before a joint sitting of the National Assembly and Senate energy committees chaired by Nakuru Town East MP, Hon. David Gikaria.
She provided an update on land acquisition for the Field Development Plan and petroleum infrastructure in South Lokichar, Turkana County, detailing compensation plans and timelines for affected landowners.
She was accompanied by NLC’s Director of Valuation and Taxation, Joel Ombati, and his deputy Jacob Kipaa, the lead for the project.
