Stage 3 of the 2025 Giro d'Italia took place on May 11, 2025. It led the 108th edition of the Italian stage race into the Ceraunian Mountains and concluded the overseas leg in Albania. Vlora served as the start and finish location for the 160-kilometer stage. After the stage, the riders had covered a total of 333.7 kilometers, representing 9.69% of the total distance. The race organizers rated the stage's difficulty at three out of five stars.
The first rest day, held in Lecce, followed Stage 3.
The stage victory went to Dane Mads Pedersen (Lidl-Trek), who outsprinted the reduced peloton ahead of Corbin Strong (Israel-Premier Tech) and Orluis Aular (Movistar Team). At the same time, he took over the Maglia Rosa from Primož Roglič (Red Bull-Bora-hansgrohe).
