Addressing officers of the tri-services, the COAS & CDF paid tribute to the extraordinary courage and unwavering resolve of the Pakistani nation, particularly the professionalism and sacrifices of the men and women of the Armed Forces during Marka-e-Haq. He noted that the Multi-Domain Operations conducted during the conflict have now become a global case study and a model for future warfare.

Field Marshal Asim Munir emphasized the critical importance of enhanced tri-services integration to meet the evolving realities of modern warfare—a domain increasingly shaped by emerging technologies including cyber space, the electromagnetic spectrum, outer space, information operations, artificial intelligence, and quantum computing. He described the establishment of the CDF Headquarters as a historic step that will ensure unified command, operational coherence, and strategic synergy under a tri-services framework.

In his concluding remarks, he outlined a forward-looking vision for the Armed Forces of Pakistan—one that prioritizes innovation, operational readiness, and the capacity to deter aggression while maintaining the full confidence of the nation.

The ceremony also featured the presentation of awards to heroes from the Pakistan Navy and Pakistan Air Force in recognition of their exceptional valour during Marka-e-Haq.
